Due to the extraordinary times we are all living in, an ever increasing number of people are now confined to home but are still looking for at-home work-out solutions. In order to respond to this demand, our warehouses remain open. Please rest assured that in doing so, we continue to rigorously observe public health authority guidelines to ensure the safety of our employees and supply chain.
Continued customer care:
Following the advice of healthcare professionals, our global offices are now closed. However our team, unless essential, are are now working remotely to ensure you receive the same great level of service you have come to expect from Slendertone. In these uncertain times, rest assured that our customer care team is available as always to answer any questions you may have.
Minimal impact on Delivery:
Orders are being shipped as usual but please note that in exceptional circumstances, some orders may experience an additional delay. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and ask for your patience and understanding as we work towards fulfilling your orders. We also wish to inform you that our couriers will not ask you to sign for any delivery, to ensure social distancing guidelines are fully adhered to.
