- Competitions are open to UK residents aged 18 and over
- Opening and closing dates will be announced in the Pop-Up on www.slendertone.com published to promote the competition. Entries submitted after this final closing date will not be included.
- Winners will be chosen at random from the draw from those who have correctly submitted their entry.
- To take part in the competition entrants need to complete all entry requirements described in the Pop-Up on website. When an email address is required, you must provide a valid email address. Your email address will not be used for marketing purposes unless you have given us permission to do so. If permissions are given you will be added to our email database. All personal data will be processed by Slendertone in line with our Privacy policy.
- An individual can submit only one entry per email address through the Slendertone Pop-Up on website competition. In the event that an individual submits multiple entries with the same email address, only their first entry will be considered. Each entry will only be valid until the closing date specified on the landing page.
- Persons entering the competition will be deemed to have accepted these terms and conditions and agree to be bound by them.
- The chosen winner of the competition will be notified by email. In circumstances where Slendertone has been unable to contact the winner, Slendertone reserves the right to select another winner.
- By accepting the prize, the winner grants Slendertone the right to use and publish their name and picture in such media as Slendertone may choose for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration. Slendertone may also publish and/or disclose the results of the prize draw including the winner's name and details of entry.
- Slendertone reserves the right at their sole discretion to alter the prize or substitute the prize with a prize of equal or greater value for any reason and without notification. In the event that the winner declines the prize awarded to them, Slendertone may award the prize to another entrant.
- Slendertone reserves the right to verify, at any time during or after the closing of the promotion, the validity of all entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process.
- In the unlikely event of a dispute, Slendertone's decision shall be final. Slendertone reserves the right to amend, modify, cancel or withdraw this Competition at any time but only before the delivery of any prize, without notice.
